Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location and preference. Once your order has been processed, the shipping method you selected will determine the estimated delivery time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Order Cutoff Time

To ensure your order ships within 48 hours, please place your order before 3PM EST.  Orders placed after this time may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. For international shipping, please contact us for further details.

Orders can be picked up within 24 hours after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please check your email regularly for updates on your order status.

  1.    Place your order online and select the Pickup option at checkout.

    2.    Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions to pick it up.

    3.    Pick up your order at our designated location during business hours. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation (either printed or digital).

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before [insert time, e.g., 3 PM] will be available for pickup the following day. Orders placed after [insert time] will be available for pickup the next business day.

Late Pickup

If you are unable to pick up your order within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible. We will hold your order for 2 days after which it may be canceled and refunded.
